Inside your box you'll find:
- Rug Canvas Fabric
- Latch Hook Tool
- Happy Chenille Yarn in ‘Fizzy’ Green
- 10g of King Cole Cuddles Chunky – in 'Holly', a Dark Green
- 3 x 10g of Hayfield Bonus DK in 'Gilt' Yellow, Grass Green & Pea Green
- 2 x 10g of Hayfield Bonus Chunky in 'Lemongrass' Green & Burnt Orange
- Plastic Yarn Needle
You'll just need:
- Scissors
- Pen
- Ruler or Measuring Tape
- Cardboard (you can use your Craftiosity box that the kit came in)
✨ Top Tips Before You Begin
The instructions below will guide you through different techniques to create a variety of effects with your yarn. You can mix and match these to design your own unique garden or landscape.
Vary the size and shape of each yarn section to give a more natural look – if everything is the same, it can appear a little flat.
Sketching out a rough plan beforehand can help you balance colours and textures across your piece.
Keep in mind: you’ll need at least half of the furry green yarn to stitch your grass, so set this aside before starting.
⏱️ How Long Will It Take?
The hands-on time for this kit is around 3-4 hours to create your art piece. You can create this over multiple crafting sessions.
