We love crafting, we know it chills us out and makes us feel good. But we’re busy wee souls and we like things to be easy, especially when trying something new. We wanted craft kits with a modern vibe and we wanted variety. Voila! Craftiosity was born.
Each month, we’ll send you a completely new kit, to make beautiful things for your life and your home. It could be book-binding, ceramics, cyanotype printing – or something completely different! All kits come with the essential tools and materials in the box and step by step instructions to make something you’ll love.
You’re not tied into a contract and can easily cancel your subscription.
Each kit contains all the materials, tools and instructions to make a final piece. We know you don’t want to be chasing down obscure materials, so they’re all in one place. The only things we’ll ask you to supply are household basics, like a pencil, ruler and scissors or an old jam jar.
Prefer video tutorials?
No problemo, we create video tutorials you can pause, stop and replay at any time. You can see them on our previous kits page.
We know you might not have tried a certain craft or process before – that’s grand! – our step by step written instructions with photos and video tutorials will guide you through.
If you’re more of a free-styler, then as well as the instructions, we include tips for doing your own thing too.
Our kits are designed for adults to make as they can involve sharp tools, and can only be sold to people over the age of 18. Use your judgement for each kit if you plan to craft with your kids – you know your little ones!
When you buy a subscription, your card will be debited that day, and then on the 21st of each following month.
You’re not tied into a contract and are free to cancel your subscription at any time.

We make your craft kits to order. When you join as a subscriber in any calendar month, your first box will be posted around the 7th of the following month and is expected to arrive with you 3 working days later.
E.g., if you order during the month of January, your first box will be posted around the 7th February, and around the 7th of each month after that.
Please note that if you subscribe in the first week of the month, because we make your limited edition craft kits to order, you may have two payments come out before your first kit arrives. If you’ve any questions at all about where your kit is / the timings, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. You’ll always receive the kits you’ve paid for.
The size of the materials in your box mean they won’t fit through your letterbox, so we recommend having it delivered to somewhere there will be someone in to receive it, like your work address.
We currently deliver to the UK (postage included in price), to the EU for an additional £5.65 per box, or to New Zealand and Australia for an additional £11.10 per box. International deliveries are sent International Standard, expected to arrive up to 7 working days after shipping.
We don’t currently ship to the US and Canada.

If you’ve subscribed monthly, you don’t need to reorder.
If you’ve bought a gift voucher subscription, it will only be for the length you’ve bought (3, 6 or 12 months) and you won’t be charged again.
Absolutely, we know sometimes life gets busy!
You can easily skip kits in your customer portal, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to help (please email before the end of the month to skip the following month's project, as we make your kits to order).

When you cancel your subscription, no further payments will be taken, but any boxes you have already paid for will be posted to you.
SUBSCRIPTIONS: As each monthly subscription box is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for these items. We pack every box with utmost care, but if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit, let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll fix it.
IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE KITS: If you’ve bought an immediately available kit (one of our past projects that we’ve brought back for immediate sale), you can arrange your return your box, in its original condition, within 14 days of receiving it – just let us know in this time period (email email@example.com), and we’ll reply with the address to return your box to. You then have 14 days to return the item to us – please keep proof of postage as the item will need to arrive with us safely. We’ll then issue you with a refund for the box.
GIFT VOUCHERS: Where a gift voucher has not been activated within 14 days of purchase or by the end of the calendar month in which it was bought (whichever is earlier), you are welcome to request a refund within 14 days of the order receipt confirmation. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll reply to confirm the refund.
With 14 days of the order, we’re unable to refund the first kit of an activated subscription where the first kit has already been processed to be made to order (this happens on the 1st of each month).
