KEY TOP TIPS:
As you create each leaf or flower, place it on your metal ring and continue making pieces until you’re happy with the number and arrangement for your wreath.
When stitching your leaves, take care not to pull the thread too tightly, as this can distort the felt.
To prevent visible pencil lines on your finished wreath, turn your felt pieces over once cut so any marks are on the underside.
If needed, use a small dab of glue to secure the thread ends on the back of your leaves and flowers.
HOW LONG DOES THIS TUTORIAL TAKE?
The hands-on time for this kit is around 3-4 hours, depending on how much stitching you do, and how full you make your wreath. You can create this over multiple crafting sessions.

We’ve shown you how to make several different types of leaves and flowers, but you can mix and match felt colours, embellishments, and quantities to create a wreath that’s completely your own.
Want a fuller wreath? Cover as much or as little of the metal ring as you like, and layer or space out your leaves and flowers to achieve a more maximalist or minimalist look.
Feel free to add your own extras! Use your craft supplies — threads, ribbons, beads, or sequins — to personalise your wreath, or even incorporate other festive touches, such as wrapping fairy lights around the ring for extra sparkle.
