🧵 What’s in Your Kit?
- 3 Terracotta Flower Pots
- A Set of Paints
- A Paintbrush
- Wooden Self-Adhesive Ladybirds & Bees
Plus, you'll need:
- A cup of water (for rinsing your brush)
- A paper towel (to dry your brush)
- Something to mix paint in (an old glass or tray works great)
- Newspaper or a cloth (to protect your table)
- An apron or old clothes (because painting can be a little messy!)
✨ Top Tips Before You Begin
- Thin coats are best! Apply 2-3 light layers instead of one thick one. It dries much faster too!
- Clean your brush between colours to keep your petals bright and vibrant.
- Use your fingertip, not your whole finger! A light touch makes for neater flowers.
- Pinch your brush for fine lines when painting stems and vines.
- Wait until your pot is dry before sticking on the bees and ladybirds so they stay put.
