A few of you have asked if we're still shipping kits during the Coronavirus outbreak and recent January lockdown, so here's a quick update...

Deliveries
We continue to deliver as normal, using Royal Mail as our delivery company. They say, "Royal Mail remains open for business. The postal service is a key part of the UK’s infrastructure. The delivery of parcels and letters is a way of keeping the country together, businesses operating, and helping many people who may not have the option to leave their homes."

Safety of our team
Our office team work from home, and our suppliers and kit delivery team have put safety procedures in place to protect their staff. We're all looking after our teams, whilst working to keep our small businesses alive and thriving - and deliver your kits to you each month.

Is it safe to receive parcels at this time?
Royal Mail say, "Public Health England has advised that there is no perceived increase in risk of contracting the new coronavirus for handling post or freight from specified areas. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels."

What if I'm self-isolating or shielding?
If you're self isolating or shielding, send us an email at hello@craftiosity.co.uk to let us know, and we'll add a note to the delivery line of your address to notify your postie. When your household stops self-isolating / shielding, let us know again and we'll remove it.

When's the next kit due?
Our kits are made to order each month, and we always post them around the 14th the month after you've bought your subscription, e.g., order by 31st January for the kit posted 14th February.

At the moment, for those in a hurry, we're also offering one of our past kits which can be posted out within 1-2 working days. You can learn more here.

We're in an extraordinary time, and I want to thank you for supporting our small business.

I've always turned to crafting as a way to unwind, and it's been really moving to read your emails and messages these past months telling us how our kits are doing the same for you, especially now.
