In this project (October 2021) we’ll be revisiting one our favourite craft processes - macrame! You’ll be putting a new spin on this well-loved craftivity as you make a modern macrame mirror.

Using quality materials, including soft cotton yarn and wooden hoops and beads, you’ll learn the knots for this methodical process (there’s a video tutorial too, if you find it easier to watch the steps in motion!), and your textured macrame mirror will begin to emerge.

We love the repetitive pattern of creating macrame knots and find it super-meditating once we’re in the zone. Just pop a podcast on and away you go...

Everything you need to make your gorgeous macrame mirror is nestled inside one creative-filled box, which includes:

• Chunky cotton macrame yarn
• Wooden macrame ring
• 2 x Wooden beads
• Acrylic mirror

You’ll also have your step-by-step photo instructions, video tutorial online and a little creative inspiration for your pinboard!

We’re particularly fond of this one as it doubles as a piece of wall art and has a practical use - use it to bounce light around your room, place in front of plants to add more green, or just pop in the hallway to use as you head out the door.
