Copper embossing is a more unusual craft that we're sure you're going to love, as it works its magic turning an ordinary wooden box into something special.

This is what we made...

To create the box, you take a sheet of copper and use an embossing tool to outline and develop the pattern, before affixing to your pre-made wooden box lid. All the tools and materials are in the kit.

Inspired by the Frida Kahlo exhibition at the V&A in Summer of 2018 and with a strong nod to Mexican tin folk art, we think Carole’s distinctive illustrations are a perfect match for the project – and love how it’s come out!
