- Don’t worry about perfect stitches — this project is abstract and freestyle. Embrace your creativity!
- Keep your thread no longer than your forearm to prevent tangling and knots
- Make sure your fabric stays taut in the hoop while stitching. Tighten the fabric if it feels loose.
How long does this tutorial take?
Assembling the cover takes about an hour. Decorating it can take anywhere from 2-3 hours or more, depending on how much stitching and embellishing you choose to do. Take your time and enjoy the process over multiple crafting sessions!
