The Stitched Wooden Mirror

It's time to share the next craft kit! Your newest project is to create a Stitched Wooden Mirror.

We love the playfulness of sewing thread onto wood, so we've had these laser-cut wooden pieces created especially for you!

If you've bought this project, you'll find your tutorial video below (the password is on the front of the printed instructions in your box!)

You'll stitch and do a little bit of weaving to create a stitched geometric pattern on the top of the wooden piece, then attach your mirror to the back - and it's ready to prop up or hang!

The craft kit includes embroidery threads in soft grey and a dusty pink. We really enjoyed stitching this one, and organic interplay between the colourful, soft thread and the rustic quality of wood.

This is a fun project to do over a couple of hours, or in front of your new favourite TV show!

Everything you need to make your stitched wooden mirror is inside your box, which includes:

  • Wooden Laser-cut Frame (approx 17 x 17cm on the outside)
  • Acrylic Mirror
  • Adhesive
  • Soft Grey Embroidery Thread
  • Dusty Pink Embroidery Thread
  • Sewing Needle
  • Step-by-step Photo Instructions
  • Creative inspiration for your pinboard!
  • You’ll also have your video tutorial online if you prefer to learn by watching.
